Rarely do you find a person who is willing to go the extra mile for another. Sometimes you can find a person who’s attentive and knowledgeable to another’s needs. Usually the norm is OK service, a degree of competence, and a small measure of desire. You, my friend, are none of the above….totally competent, extremely knowledgeable, strong willingness to help, and always punctual would more describe you.
